Microsoft Online Services – Subscription update
Microsoft continues to enhance the range of online subscriptions that can be purchased by Small Medium Business (SMB 1-300 users) via the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program.
CSP allows qualified providers like Nviron to bundle Microsoft online service subscriptions with other services to offer SMBs a fully managed, one stop shop for online services.
From April 21st 2020, Microsoft streamlined the name of its Microsoft 365 subscriptions for SMBs as follows…
|Old Name||New Name|
|Office 365 Business Essentials||Microsoft 365 Business Basic|
|Office 365 Business Premium||Microsoft 365 Business Standard|
|Microsoft 365 Business||Microsoft 365 Business Premium|
|Office 365 Business||Microsoft 365 Apps for Business|
|Office 365 Pro Plus||Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise|
The changes are to the subscription names only.
Price and functionality remain unchanged.
Microsoft 365 plans include options for Windows 10, Enterprise Mobility+Security and Online Services in an easy to manage, per user subscription.
