New Commerce Experience (NCE) update – July deadline!

New Commerce Experience (NCE) update – July deadline!

Following the introduction of the New Commerce Experience (NCE) earlier this year, Microsoft have now set a deadline of the 11th July 2022 when all Microsoft Cloud Subscriptions should transact via the NCE.

What is the New Commerce Experience (NCE)?

The NCE is Microsoft’s new billing and provisioning platform which all commercial customers must transition to,from the 11th July 2022. Customers are required to move their subscriptions onto either a monthly or an annual committed plan (monthly committed plan includes an additional 20% premium).

IMPORTANT: No action will result in your Microsoft Cloud Subscriptions automatically moving to an expired state and users will lose access.
